We are excited about the upcoming 2025-26 Season. All players must submit full documentation before he/she can participate. Players must live within the Kell district to participate on a Kell Jr basketball team.

- PHOTO OF PLAYER WITH PRENT(S)/GUARDIAN(S)
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (COPY ONLY)
- REPORT CARD-
- Need to have an address on report card, so the address can be compared to the Proof of Residency. To get access to the report card with the address. Log into ParentVUE, Select the Report Card tab, directly under the name of the middle school. This link will get you to a report card with your address. If the address on the report card is not correct, reach out to your school administrators.
- PARENTS DRIVERS LICENCE (COPY ONLY)
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY
- Lease/Rental agreement or major utility bill with your address
- "CELL PHONE BILLS ARE NOT ALLOWED"
FIRST PRACTICE: Bring "Uniform and Volunteer Agreement Form" with $400 check and have paid at least initial $200 registration fee
